Privacy Policy

Full Measure ICT — last updated: 20 October 2026

In short

Our apps are built privacy-first: the personal data you enter is stored locally on your own device, not on our servers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use analytics software to track your behaviour. Some free apps show ads through Google AdMob. This website collects nothing. Details for the OKThere app are in section 3.

1. Who we are

Full Measure ICT ("we") develops mobile apps, games and software solutions, published on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This policy covers this website (fmict.com) and our apps in general. Section 3 describes our app OKThere in detail. Where an individual app has its own dedicated privacy policy (linked from its store listing), that policy takes precedence for that app.

2. This website

fmict.com is a static informational website. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics and does not collect, store or share any personal data. If you contact us by phone, we only use your details to answer your question.

3. OKThere

OKThere is an app that helps you keep track of when you last spoke to the people you care about, and reminds you gently when it is time to get in touch again. The other person does not need the app. OKThere is not an emergency service or a medical alarm.

What the app stores

The people you add (name, phone number, optional photo and notes), the rhythm you choose for each person, the moments of contact you record, and your settings. All of this is stored only on your device. There is no account, and we receive none of it.

Your contacts

If you tap "search contacts", OKThere asks for permission to read your contacts. The app reads them on your device to let you pick a name and number. Nothing is uploaded, and only the people you choose to add are kept. The permission is optional: you can also type a name and number yourself.

Your call log (version outside Google Play only)

A version of OKThere that is distributed outside Google Play can, if you allow it, read your call log on your device to record calls with the people you added automatically. It only looks at calls with the numbers you added; other entries are ignored and not stored. The version on Google Play does not request this permission and cannot read your call log. There you confirm contact with a tap.

Photos

If you add a photo to a person, you pick it with your device's photo picker. A copy is kept in the app's private storage on your device.

Calling and messaging

The call and message buttons open your phone's own dialer or messaging app with the number filled in. OKThere does not place calls or send messages by itself.

Reminders, widget and background activity

Backups

You can save a backup of your people, notes, history, settings and photos as a ZIP file and restore it on another phone. The file is saved where you choose, through your device's file picker. We never receive it. Anyone who has the file can read it, so keep it somewhere safe. Android's automatic cloud backup is switched off for OKThere.

Ads in OKThere

OKThere is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner, and occasionally a full-screen ad when you open the app or move between screens. We show none when you open the app from a reminder, and not during your first few uses. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks you what you allow, and you can reopen it later under Settings. AdMob may process an advertising ID and ad-related device data, as described in section 5. Your people, phone numbers, notes, photos and history are never shared with advertisers or with us.

Deleting your data

You can delete a person, or restart a person's history, in the app. Uninstalling OKThere removes everything it stored. Backup files you saved yourself stay where you put them until you delete them.

No analytics, no account

OKThere has no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no crash-reporting service. The app is available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

4. Data in our apps

Our apps are personal tools. The information you enter — such as health logs, puzzle progress, people and notes, or settings — is stored only on your device in a local database:

5. Advertising

Some of our free apps show ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may process device data such as an advertising ID, IP address and general app-usage data. This is separate from the personal content you enter in our apps, which AdMob does not receive.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you are asked via Google's consent form whether you want personalised ads. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob & privacy.

6. Notifications and permissions

Some apps can send reminders (for example a daily puzzle, a medication reminder or a reminder to get in touch with someone) with your consent. Permissions such as notifications, exact alarms, contacts or the call log (see section 3 for OKThere) are only requested when a feature needs them, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings.

7. Analytics

We do not use analytics or tracking software to monitor your behaviour in our apps or on this website.

8. Managing and deleting your data

Because your data lives on your own device, you are fully in control. You can erase your data from within the app where such an option is offered, or by uninstalling the app.

9. Children

Our apps, including OKThere, are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in any of our apps.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest change.

11. Contact

This policy is provided for transparency and does not replace the store-listing privacy details shown on Google Play or the App Store for each individual app.
